Hi! My name is Jen and I’m a Certified Life & Spiritual Coach!

I have been married to my amazing husband for nearly 13 years, and we have been together for 23 (we are high school sweethearts). We have a beautiful 10 year old daughter who truly changed our lives for the better (cliche, I know, but it’s the truth!), and recently welcomed a son who is 9 months who not only turned our world up-side-down, but has helped us grow and connect on a deeper level. The crazy thing is that our kids are 9 years apart! Some of the things I enjoy doing are tending to our humble garden (we have all organic, non-gmo veggies and fruits), traveling and seeing the world, and being creative.

My passion and mission is helping others find and use their voice.

I do that in many ways, from helping others launch businesses, to navigating relationships, to creating programs and workshops.

I LOVE helping people come into their own by guiding them to find peace and strength within themselves, while also helping them see the beautiful gifts they are here to share with the world. I’m especially focused on helping those that are on the path to spiritual awakening, and are on their own mission of bringing more love into this world in their own unique and powerful ways.

Each of my children has been such a huge part of my own spiritual awakening and connection with God. When my daughter was born, it was a huge catalyst in my spiritual awakening. Prior to her birth, I had a lot of fear and anxiety around some of the things I had experienced. I also saw myself as a victim of my life, instead of the co-creator of my life. I had not yet learned to use my voice, I was still speaking the voice of what others wanted me to do. My daughter came as this pure being of love, and she opened my eyes and heart to what really matters. She literally taught me what unconditional love is.

The experience of bringing my son into this world actually led to depression. I had an incredibly difficult pregnancy that in hindsight brought on the rebirth of me. It made me define who I am and to stand proudly and firmly rooted in who that is. Had it not been for my son, I don’t think that my connection to intuition, to God and to my purpose would be so clearly visible to me. It was as if God slowed me down to root more firmly.

I share this with you because I’ve been in those dark places where we feel lost. I’ve questioned what I’m here to do. I’ve felt lost on how to put it all into words. I’ve worked through my pain and have turned it into my passion, and I continue to be a work-in-progress. I will never stop working on myself.

My goal, my passion is to help you do the same.
